  • Hi, Dan, can I talk to you for a second?
  • Sure. Come on in. What's happening?
  • Well, it's about that request that I sent to Help Desk over two weeks ago and I never heard back from them. I followed up on Friday, but again - no response.
  • OK, I see. Why don't you forward that email to me and I will look into that?
  • Sure. I will do that right away! Thanks, Dan! Much appreciated.
  • You're welcome!

  • Hey, Brian!
  • Hey, Shawn! What's up?
  • Listen, remember that proposal that I sent to you last Wednesday? It's regarding our new project?
  • Hmmm… not sure. Let me see… Oh, that one… Yeah, but I haven't had a chance to review it yet. Sorry.
  • That's OK. I'll be waiting for your comments because then I need to schedule a meeting early next week to review the proposal with the Client.
  • Sure! I'll try my best to review it this afternoon or tomorrow morning and send you my feedback right away.
  • Alright! Thanks!
